Lions Quest SEL Mindfulness Resources

The eight resources in the Lions Quest SEL Mindfulness collection focus on mindfulness, self-management, and self-awareness. Participants learn how to practice mindful breathing to focus their attention and reduce stress, how to identify their feelings, and how to craft “I” messages. In addition, middle and high schoolers learn techniques to improve limitations and celebrate their capabilities.
