Promote positive ways to express emotions with five lessons that focus on feelings, friendship, and dealing with stress. Scholars learn how to identify and express feelings through role play, grand conversation, a game, poetry reading, writing a feelings book, and dancing their emotions evoked by music. They investigate what makes a good friend by exploring positive character traits and creating a friendship gallery. Learners also examine the causes of stress and how to deal with it by writing a book about stress, and practice relaxation techniques.
