Exercise and physical fitness are two very important life skills we need to share with our students. Students view warm-up exercises, do warm-up exercises, and then make a list of activities that could be used as a suitable warm-up. They repeat this process with cool-down activities, then use the computer to write a sentence about each. Note: The computer lab is totally unnecessary this could all be done in class. Also, the tape Aerobikids is suggested.
